Bio for Mr. Michael Schlauder

Mr. Michael Schlauder is the president of Tritium Solutions Inc. / TSI Applications, an Arizona-based firm specializing in custom ColdFusion web application development.

Mr. Schlauder is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company and is himself an accomplished web application developer having provided top-tier enterprise level applications since 2002. Mr. Schlauder received ColdFusion application development training from Development Cycle Incorporated based in Chicago, Illinois and has completed countless projects for multi-million dollar organizations, most notably Coilcraft Incorporated, Centex Homes and the University of Florida at Gainesville’s Pathology Department. Additionally, he has provided development services for dozens of small to mid-sized businesses across the nation.

Mr. Schlauder is the former training supervisor for Silicon Valley Group in Wilton, Connecticut. He managed their on-the-job training program, in-class customer training, and was responsible for the retention of over two hundred factory employee training records and certifications.

Prior to accepting a position with Silicon Valley Group Mr. Schlauder worked on Intel Corporation’s lithography team at their Chandler, Arizona manufacturing facility. During his three-year term with Intel, Mr. Schlauder attended their prestigious web design training program giving him the skills he would later use to launch TSI Applications.

Before accepting the position at Intel, Mr. Schlauder was a U.S. Navy Submarine School Instructor stationed in Groton, Connecticut. He served his country for seven years; the first four years aboard the ballistic missile submarine, U.S.S Von Steuben home-ported in King’s Bay, Georgia. After decommissioning the submarine at the Charleston Naval Shipyard, Mr. Schlauder accepted the honor of teaching at the U.S. Navy’s only submarine school. While there Mr. Schlauder received formal instructor training and provided in-class podium instruction to hundreds of students. Mr. Schlauder was a vetted curriculum developer and created the Navy’s only Submarine Watertight Hatch Maintenance Course. Mr. Schlauder was certified as an instructor by the Environmental Protection Agency and received numerous awards and citations for his work including the coveted Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for exemplary performance of his duties.

Mr. Schlauder is an active member of his community. As a service disabled veteran, Mr. Schlauder is active in the Arizona Chapter of the Veteran’s Chamber of Commerce. Working with the Washington D.C. based Veteran’s Corporation, and the City of Mesa Community Development Corporation he worked tirelessly in an effort to provide employment to veterans returning from service in Iraq and Afghanistan. Additionally, he has performed pro-bono work for various religious institutions and charity organizations including the Liberty Youth Ranch, a home for abused children based in Bonita Springs, Florida.

Mr. Schlauder’s application development projects have been included in EDN Magazine and were demonstrated at the 2010 Electronica Exposition in Munich, Germany. His work was also displayed in the December 2009 issue of Avnet/Memic’s trade journal. A 2009 survey performed by EDN Magazine showed that his client’s website was rated highest in the industry in the category of “Very user-friendly Website”, two times higher than the runner-up, proving the outstanding quality of his work.
